Enhancing Marina Infrastucture at Tarpon Pointe Marina

Golden Marine Systems was honored to supply the floating dock system and gangways for the redevelopment of Tarpon Point Marina in Cape Coral following the significant damage sustained during Hurricane Ian in September 2022. Located within one of Southwest Florida’s premier waterfront communities, Tarpon Point Marina offers direct deep-water access to the Gulf of Mexico, making it a highly desirable destination for both recreational and luxury boating enthusiasts. The storm’s unprecedented surge and destructive conditions severely impacted the marina’s infrastructure, creating the need for a durable, long-term replacement solution capable of withstanding future coastal storm events.

To meet these demands, Golden Marine Systems provided its heavy-duty 950 Series floating dock system, specifically engineered for superior strength, stability, and hurricane resilience in challenging marine environments. The marina features elegant brick paver decking, selected not only for its upscale appearance but also for its durability, added mass, and low-maintenance performance. The system is further enhanced with 16-inch adjustable cleats, pile guides, and finger piers, allowing for safe, efficient, and flexible vessel accommodation.
